The Tucson Scholastics has been certified as the Tucson area's second Regional Qualifier for the state scholastic championship. The information is as follows:

USCF Rated, 5 rounds, GAME/40, 4 Sections: K-1, K-3, K-6, K-9
There will also be two non-qualifying sections included in the
tournament format: K-6 Championship, K-12 Championship
